Shackila Earrings

Matching earrings to last week’s bracelet. How strange, I never liked using metal bits in my designs and all of a sudden I am really into it.

Shackila Bracelet

In this bracelet I wanted to create a sort of shackle effect with beads. It ended up being quite a delicate piece of jewelry and therefore needed a subtle clasp. As I did not have one of those in store, I decided to have a go at making one myself with wire.

Garland Blue

The first picture of this bracelet looks a bit dark. I am experimenting with taking pictures with lamp light. I do think the shine of the beads comes out well in this lighting. The bracelet is made with a fantasy stitch.

Bangle Feliz

This bracelet is made with tubular netting alternated with a fantasy stitch. It has enough stretch to wear it as a bangle so there is no need for a clasp.

Beaded Christmas Ornaments Covers 2013 For People With Little Space.

As we live on a sail boat we can’t have a christmas tree. We do have garlands to decorate but they can only carry small items. That’s why I designed these beaded ornament covers for the tiniest baubles I could find. The diameter is only 2cm/0,8 inch, that is without the beads.

The Sad King

And now, for something completely different………..

I saw this old quay wall. I had to keep looking every time I passed and saw all kinds of human shapes in it. This bit, for instance, looked like a sad king. I manipulated the picture to exaggerate what I saw.

Beaded Christmas Ornament Cover 2013: Beau Ball

Like every year, I make a beaded Christmas ornament cover for a friend whose birthday it is in November. This is the 3rd year and I hope to continue this tradition as long as I live.

Buena Catena

Tribal sort of necklace in which I used circular herringbone, circular peyote, square stitch and Right Angle Weave (RAW). The centre piece is hollow so it could contain a little personal item. I love that kind of thing.

Azulejos Ojos De Tigre

This model I made before in blue. It’s my all time favourite so far and I wear it every day.

This one is more modest in colour and has lovely tigre eye beads in between.
